How can I order online?

In order to purchase on the Website, you must undertake the following:

  • Carefully read the Terms and Conditions
  • review and agree with the characteristics and price of the product(s)
  • add the product(s) to the shopping bag
  • create a user account, sign in to an existing user account or proceed without creating a user account
  • provide valid and up-to-date personal information such as your name, email address, phone number and postal address for the delivery of the selected product(s).
  • select the available shipping method
  • select your preferred payment method
  • Mexican Treasures will send to the email address provided by the user an order confirmation specifying the date of purchase, the product(s) purchased, the total amount, the contact and shipping information provided
  • Mexican Treasures will send to the email address provided by the user a link to track the package once it has been shipped. Mexican Treasures is not responsible for any loss of the product(s) following shipment from our facilities to your delivery address

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you may purchase without creating an account. However opening an account is very easy and has many benefits such as a faster check-out process and the ability to track your orders easily at any time.

Can I modify my order?

After completing your purchase, we will send to the email address provided an order confirmation with the details of the purchase. We remind you that it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order if it is already confirmed.

Is payment secure?

Yes, it is safe to buy on the Mexican Treasures website. We work with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), a global security standard that allows the secure transfer of encrypted data between the browser and the web server.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days (that is excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

*During peak season, the 7 to 10 days period can be extended to 15 business days (that is excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

Delivery may take longer if you have requested engraving. 

How can I receive my invoice?

To receive your invoice please contact our customer service team at info@mexican-treasures.com and sharing your fiscal information and your confirmation order number. 

Can I return my order?

We accept returns with refund through the payment method used by the client, within 30 days from the delivery date, only if the product is in perfect saleable condition, without damage, with all labels intact, in its original packaging and upon presentation of the original invoice / sales receipt and warranty certificate. No exchanges for custom, engraved and/or discontinued pieces are permitted. If you need to return a product, you should contact us for advice on how to make the exchange as specified in the “Contact us” section.

Can I engrave a piece purchased online?

We will gladly engrave your piece; we only need you to include the text you would like engraved in the Comments section. Please keep in mind that there is a five letter limit and a extra charge of C$25

Note: All the pieces will be subject to review by our engraver. If it is not possible to engrave your piece due to its design or dimensions, we will let you know.

What are your products packaged in? 

Depending on your purchase, our products are packaged with reusable and recyclable jute pouches, paper boxes, and our earrings include an extra bonus of compostable seeded paper.

Is it possible to receive information from Mexican Treasures by email?
